This interactive workshop offers executives and team leaders a introduction to Systems Thinking and its practical application in the corporate environment. After a brief survey of its origin and theory, the workshop moves to the application of Systems Thinking to the challenge of creating high quality work environments, and to change and transformation.

Systems Thinking is important to executives and leaders as it is a practical way of understanding and dealing with complexity, and for solving multi-parameter complex problems with many interactive parts that influence each other.

The workshop also addresses the use of leverage points for changing the behaviour of complex systems and Agile Thinking for actually implementing change.
