Our purpose is to help organisations reduce their ESG risk and improve their financial outcomes through embedded ESC leadership and capability.
ESG is testing modern leaders. it is a prism through which organisations are assessed that is now being used to shape leadership, capability and culture. ESG creates new risks and opportunities that require leaders to be agile, adapt and transform, and poor leadership is a threat.

PAUL GUIGNARD
Founder and Director
Paul has been working on the junction between environment, human factors and performance for the past 13 years. After developing, testing and proving the validity of the solution, his focus is now sharing it.
BORIS PATOKA
Chief Technology Officer
Boris has been in software development for over 20 years and brings his extensive knowledge of IBM and cloud technologies to our venture.

Advisor to NXX-MINDS
Patricia has extensive industry experience in change and risk management. Her current focus is on Human Performance and its ability to positively influence workplace challenges in a practical and effective way.
DAIN SIMPSON

Dain brings his long experience as a consultant, with projects in the tourism and public sectors in Australia, N Z, Asia and the Pacific.
