The role of the leader is to assemble, equip, resource, train, guide, motivate and support all the team members in the pursuit of a common objective.
We measure 44 parameters that together describe the quality of the work environment, including structure, infrastructure, processes and resources, and the skills and attitudes of people and teams. We group, analyse and interpret these parameters to give leaders and managers the operational data they need to understand the situation and the levers to start changing it.
The example on the right shows 'Essential executive indicators' (other views describe culture, engagement and execution effectiveness). Each indicator (e.g: values, skills sufficiency) has its components drivers that - when shortcomings are detected - guide leaders towards specific improvement initiatives.
All displays are interactive and support visual 'drill down'.

Once improvement initiatives have been identified and prioritised, the next step is implementation. This is a critical step that, unfortunately, often fails. Unless implementation is successful, no benefits are secured and the effort is lost.
Our Champion Team methodology comprises 'Execution blueprints'. One for each of the indicators we measure as part of our multi-mode assessment.
The execution blueprint is an interactive cloud-based framework that leads managers through the key steps needed to ensure successful execution. The blueprint implements our validated Champion Team model. That is, the model tells how teams can be successful and it also tells how tasks and projects need to be approached and executed for successful outcome.
Execution Blueprints give each manager their own personal, dedicated, interactive advisor as change implementation guide.
Each is tailored to facilitate the improvement of a specific parameter, taking into account its features and implementation challenges.
